The custom 82200 automatic movement is engineered to replicate the visual layout of IWC’s modern caliber. The bridges and plates are decorated with perlage and côtes de Genève finishing, visible through the sapphire caseback. Crucially, this movement architecture allows the small seconds pinion to sit at the correct height and distance from the central axis, avoiding the sunken sub-dial flaw common in lower-tier replicas.
